Born and raised in Montreal, Sandra Lefebvre was drawn very early on to the arts. Graced with a beautiful voice and a good ear, she joined her primary school choir. In high school, Sandra developed a passion for dance. She followed through all the way to the dance company. After participating in several shows and contests, Sandra's true passion revealed itself: she yearned to be an actor. She went on to study theatre at John Abbott College.
Sandra made her theatre debut in 1996, in the original play by Théâtre du Miroir entitled: LA FAIM DU MONDE. It is with devotion that she played Anita Beaulieu, a homeless schizophrenic. Sandra came back to the stage of the Gésù in 1997 in the police intrigue L'ANGE BLESSÉ, another original play from Théâtre du Miroir. This time she lended her voice and soul to Angie; a rock singer /gardian angel.
In 2002, Sandra Lefebvre joined the impressive cast of LES MONOLOGUES DU VAGIN; she performed two monologues fully invested. February 2003 brought her the part of a lifetime, the pleasure of becoming a mother. She also lended her voice to corporate videos and commercials.
In 2007, Sandra Lefebvre returned to her first love and got the lead in the musical DEATH, KARAOKE AU BAR DES MORTS, a french premiere of the original Nova Scotia play! With Mado, she gets the opportunity to use all her assets: sing, dance, but also create a character deeply rooted and sincere. Since 2009, Sandra is carving her way as a narrator with advertising campaigns such as LES MERCURIADES for which she is the official voice (2009-2010-2011) as well as the corporate video of the 100 YEARS of LA FÉDÉRATION DES CHAMBRES DE COMMERCE DU QUÉBEC. In 2010, she had fun while beginning her entry into the animation film industry with PHILLIP AND THE BUTTERFLY.
Animated by the desire to get back on stage with a play perfectly tailored, she is currently in the creation process of a multidisciplinary show. As for film and television, it is also part of his plans, we'll keep you posted!
